It could be lockjaw. But I would go and see your dentist pretty quick. Personally, my jaw would click all the time right after I got my braces off. I told my dentist and they watched it. Nothing really happened and it eventually went away. But seeing as your jaw is locking up on you, I would go and see a dentist pretty quick. That's normally not the best sign. (nothing to get worried about its probably just from you growing)
