Riding in a plane, car, train, or any transportation device for a lengthy amount of time can make anyone tired. The reason for this is that your body physically tries to resist the offset of balance. You may be just sitting there, but there is always some kind of offset of balance. Like turns in a vehicle or turbulence on a plane. Plus there is always the backward motion that is always present. This wares on a body after awhile and we get tired. However, there are some methods that are said to counteract this. Meditation is also said to be effective. Hope this helped!
