If you have ADHD it's far more likely that caffeine will help you focus and not make you tired. HOWEVER, drinking lots of caffeine will make you dehydrated which will definitely make you feel exhausted. Putting another stimulant into the mix may increase the dehydration, but you may not know until you try it. Personally, I can still have some caffeine with my Adderall, but I have to do so in moderation or the stimulant effect compounds to the point of overstimulation.
