Yes. Cramps don't prevent you from eating or drinking anything. Cramps occur in the muscles of your abdomen, not inside your stomach itself. You can eat or drink anything you like if you have cramps.
Is it true that if you eat as soon as you finish lay in could water would you get cramps in your stomach
Not always. How active you are and what you eat can affect how bad your cramps are, or even if you have them at all.
Anything is possible but fish probably don't get cramps after eating unless they eat something that is bad for them.
I am guessing because of the Potassium that's in bananas. They also helps out with menstrual cramps.
Probably around 2:00pm to 4:00pm, because at 11:00-12:45 you probably eat lunch and you get cramps and drown in the water, if you just wolf down food and jump in the pool. In the morning is OK, but for me I would think that people who aren't morning people might still be tired and drown or if you just eat breakfast and swim you get cramps and still drown. After dinner you still get cramps and drown. So the best way to put it is don't swim after you eat. And in the morning most pools are freezing so yeah midday is good. late at night is good too just don't eat right then and make sure you don't get caught off guard and are really tired. But I swim after I eat and I'm still healthy and have never been close to drowning.-Brett D.
You get cramps because before getting you're period throught that time you usually eat lemon, chilli or anything that is irritating to the vagina that's why you get the cramps during your period
No, because you'll get cramps and spasms.
The problem with swimming before you eat is because of stomach cramps. After a meal, any physical activity can lead to these cramps, and when your swimming you may not be able to swim with the cramps which in some cases could cause you to drown. It's not very likely, but it can happen.
Eat a banana or drink banana juice
