Apparently, women manipulate men using sex because it works. Men seem to have a stronger drive to have sex and thus can be controlled with it. If the men were more secure, less needy, and more in control of their emotions, it would be impossible to manipulate them in this manner. That all said, both genders can be manipulative and use sex in an aggressive manner.
