They didn't drink any form of alcohol when they woke up in the morning. Unless they were already drinking throughout the night.

I'm guessing it is probably dry from not having anything to drink (like water!) after sleeping all night. My suggestion is to drink some water when you first wake up in the morning
Yes...you can get up in the morning..but it is best to take a smaller dose so youll know how it effects you.I take 400mg and am a bit groggy in the morning but I still get up.
