Well to be quite honest there are many reasons; some are madly in love and want you for themselves and others are really self-conscious and think that you might find another man who's more appealing than they are or maybe the other guy is bad news and they're trying to protect the girl there's all sorts of reasons why they do that, just depending on the guy
