Well, those who do think it is sexy/ a turn on and some girls also think it sexy. It depends with individuals. Talking dirty should be disgusting if at all it is done in 'small doses' and at the right time. For instance, meeting a girl at a coffee shop and talking dirt is just inappropriate, lol.
