As compared to most boys, girls do have more hair on their head to wash. Girls often will use a body wash or body scrub, along with shampoo and conditioner, which adds time. Many girls will also shave their legs in the shower. All of this adds onto time.
Some women shave in the shower, so it takes up time, and some have longer hair than others, so then that would take longer to wash and rinse. Although some men might shave and have long hair, so there might be other reasons. Some women might just like the hot water, but that might be the same with men!
