Why don't you ask a person in Latin America? The term Americans is commonly used to refer to citizens of the USA.

If you want to measure a randomly distributed variable in a population, then you need to describe the measure of central tendency (often the arithmetic mean) and the distribution around the measure of central tendency.

I'm guessing that the question was posed by a guy who is interested in women with breast size significantly larger than the mean. Good data is available on average breast size by country. The Huffington Post reports that the region with the largest average breast size is Russia and the CIS states.

As I wrote, before the "expert" decided to change the subject, women in Ukraine and Poland are quite large on average. If you like women with very large breasts, then you are interested in women who are in the second or third standard deviation outlier regions of a normal distribution, on the plus size.

Based on personal experience, and not a random sample, it is my experience that within the group of women from Latin America and Mexican American women, the distribution is skewed to the plus side of the central tendency.

Women in the Dominican Republic have mixed genetic heritage, from Africa and the Americas (satisfied Colin?) and based on personal observation, there is a good percentage of women who are outliers, on the plus size of distribution around the measure of central tendency.

Meaning, if the average is C, there are also a lot of DD and F cup women in the DR as well.
