If that is the case the reason that you have a stomach ache and your dizzy is because you are malnourished because you haven't been able to eat or drink because your throat hurts. if that is not the case then i suggest you go to the doctor.

That doesn't really happen but I would say because ur lying in bed with ur mouth open inhaling so ur throat gets dry. it does happen cause i have one right now and have had one for 3 days, its gone by morning and comes back when the sun goes down. it hurts so bad i cant talk or swallow.
