Nervous energy can cause havoc on your muscles while you sleep. This may be from caffeine or other stimulants, or mental stress from your day. These things or recurring dreams that make your muscle twitch and jump for hours can all effect it. I'm a four year neuropathy patient and was in constant pain. Instead of pain killers; I would use Excedrin As the pain eased, my heart rate and blood pressure were soaring and making my body tense. Worrying about my health did a number on my system as well. Maybe something is bothering you that you have not realized or faced. Check out all the factors, together they can be detrimental
