No , only at the night time when everybody is sleeping No , only at the night time when everybody is sleeping
Not necessarily - the 'eight hour sleep' is a myth. Every person is an individual - while one person might need 8 hours sleep each night, another might only sleep for 7.5 hours. I, myself only need just over 6 hours each night - and have had this sleeping pattern ever since I was a teenager (over 30 years ago !)
The average adult human sleeps for eight hours. It depends entirely on the individual. I personally only sleep for around 6 hours a night.
tbh, not much. only at the end does the girl stare at the man sleeping and on another night, pulled out of bed by a "devil."
only at night
Its bad for anyone of any age to only sleep two hours a night. You could suffer many things and will have trouble staying awake and focused during the day. Sleeping for nine to twelve hours is healthier.
They get less than 8hrs. only about 6hrs. of sleep
Many Asian students are very industrious, sleeping only four or five hours so that they can study hard every night.

If you mean you are only sleeping 3 hours per night, then yes it is bad. But if you mean you exercise and then don't go to sleep within three hours later, then no that's not bad.
Do you feel tired? If not then your body might just not need more sleep.
On average, healthy adult humans need between 7 and 8 hours of sleep each night. Some people do well with as little as 3-4 hours per night, while some people are groggy the next day if they "only" get 9-10 hours per night. Children and the elderly, or people who are ill, require a lot more sleep.
