Can't say this is the case for you, but an excessive amount of Niacin (B3) in your diet can cause flushing (redness) and itching. The flushing is evident on the face and skin, while the itching can feel like it's all over or inside.

There are several different things that could be causing your itchy skin. You could have a bug bite, an infection, eczema, a sunburn, or a rash.
