Sun Chips are made by Frito Lay's special blending of corn, natural grains and whole wheat. These chips are baked and not fried which produces a great crunchy hearty chip.
Most likely any other type of wheat crackers on the market, such as Triscuits, Ritz Crackers, Pita Chips, etc.
They are baked not fried just research it..... it's the truth! No, they are a "fried product". If you call Frito Lay customer service number on the back of the bag and ask for a nutrition expert, they will tell you it is a "fried product".
