My girl has about 21"-22" tighs and she is stronger than most of girls. When she cross her ankles and straightens her legs there are some problems with breathing. If she is doing it in classical way, from behind me she must use little bit more power than in front or reverse headscissors. When she is using about half her strength there is no other way than submit in panic ;) once i had passed out from her classical headscissors. when she is applying hs in her upper tighs in front or reverse headscissors im getting knocked out each time when she use about half her possibilities. So yes - you can die.
