Guys will do anything in their power to get with a girl. If one girl is offering to hook up with him, he is going to take the chance. He is probably saying he likes you because he thinks that if he sweet talks you enough that you will be open to let him control you into doing things. He honestly doesn't care about a girls feeling at all and he os just trying to pleasure himself.
