His current girlfriend is called Kate Richardson, she's 28, they've been together since 2004. Right now (July 2009) she's with him on tour with Down around Europe. She's ALWAYS, on every Down show and concert, watching by the side of the stage, backstage, and sometimes she even gets on stage and plays guitar... so groupie-wannabes your chances are ruined because Kate's there to make sure Phil won't put his eyes or any other thing in another girl. She's a very average looking girl, one you wouldn't glance twice at or notice if you walked past her down the street. She's really into music, I guess that's what was appealing to Phil.
