Knuckles and Sonia the Hedgehog had feelings for each other in Sonic Underground but it was never stated that they actually started dating. it has also been stated by SEGA that he likes Rouge the bat, but that still has yet to be confirmed. he and Princess Sally Acorn also may have developed feelings for each other in the early comics but those feelings didn't last very long
