Well, pretty tough to say one specific since most medical office does not really close. Most of them are usually 24/7 in operations. But, in offices that are not (clinics, etc), they probably would be either of the following:

1. the facility guard

2. the facility utility person

3. the manager

4. the support (nurse, assistant, etc.)
