You have to do some soul searching first and find out if you are constantly getting into bad situations or, have you ignored your friends advice in the past. When talk to a friend about something that is bothering you and they offer some advice it is wise to ponder on that advice and give a try. If you are the type (not accusing you) that constantly complains; doesn't listen to the advice your friend gives you and you don't try to get out of your own bad situations then your friend is tired of your complaining. Discuss this with your friend and really listen to what they have to say.
of course ...ask your best friend.
