Understanding exactly what a fetish is might help. First off, there are a few different types of fetishes. I'll go with the most known type and that is a psychological fetish, usually sexual fetish. Simply put, this is when an object or a certain part of a persons body can create a feeling of excitement, heightened libido and/or sexual arousal. However, women have fetishes as well as men. As far as to why some men have a foot fetish, I don't know anyone, including doctors and sex therapists that could tell you WHY.
