I just got my delivery of Meladerm today, it took about 20 days from the date I placed my order. While choosing the mode of shipping choose "Priority mail".
I ordered 3.4 oz (100 ml), this is 2 bottles of 50ml. This has saved me around 20$ (Rs.940/-), plus I have also saved on the shipping cost if i had ordered them separately.

Shipping Cost 25$ (Rs.1175/-)
Indian Customs 13$ (Rs.616/-)
Total cost = 118$ (Rs.5551)
The amount here is just an approx. I have taken the Dollar to Rupee rate as 1$ = 47Rs (this changes every day)
