Sweat is hypotonic in nature. Hence, when you sweat, as you say, you lose a lot of water and a little bit of salt. So the remaining fluid in your body has more salt relative to water as compared to the start i.e. to say, your blood is now hypertonic. However, this change is quite minimal unless the sweating gets excessive.
