Depends on when the client was weighed last time. The best time to be weighed is in the morning with no clothes on. As the day goes on, you gain weight from the food consumption throughout the day. So if the patient was originally weighed in the afternoon, in order to be consistent, you may want to keep weighing in around that same time to eliminate a false loss ( if weighed in the morning later) or a false gain ( if first weighed in the morning, then in afternoon)
