If she's sexually active as a teen she should see one to get contraceptives but even if she's not it's good to get the routine to go every year and get a pap smear at least from the age of 18-21.

Yes, because the condom could've broken. I'd suggest getting a pregnancy test and seeing a gyno.
Visiting a Gynacologist is considered a daunting task, its common to feel reluctant, however they are medical professionals so just like seeing a GP there is nothing to worry about. Gynacologist's have often been seen as patronizing as their responses can be seemingly obvious. The one thing that is to be expected from a visit to a gyno is professionalism.
i really cant help you its ur work u should know
no ! you have a hormonal imbalance and should see you gyno today !
Yes this is caused by taking two pills a day. Instead of taking two pills a day, ask your GYNO to change your birth control to a higher doseage one and this should sort out the spotting.

You should go to your gyno and have that checked out. Yest infections can burn and itch but it can also be something else.
If you just started then NO. when you first start your period it will irregual. I've heard it takes 2 years or when you are 18 it starts to regulate. I wouldn't be too concerned. If you've had sex and you might be pregnant I would see a doctor.
