The best time to have a webinar is at a time that your target audience is available and able to listen. What target audience means is the group of people that you would like to listen to your webinar. Therefore, if your target audience are professionals, it would probably be best to hold the webinar around 8p.m or so, since they generally work 9-5pm , need to get home after work , eat, be with the family etc before they would have time to watch a webinar. In addition, try to make sure that the webinar is no longer than an hour since they would need to go to bed on time to get ready for work the next day. Always consider what their situation is like, even if it may be a bit inconvenient for you. For example, if you live in a different time zone to your target audience. You may find that you may have to run your webinar at e.g 1am your time, to get them at their convenient time.
