This is kind of hard to answer because each person matures at a different age some are as early as 12 and some are as late as 17 or 18 (can be later) it is usually determined by your parents and your ancestors, or relatives (people that are related to you by blood). But the norm would be like 15 or 16 or maby just a little sooner but everyone is different. Also another thing to know is that some people don't stop growing until they are 25 which means once you do reach physical maturity you are still growing more and more.
Cheetahs normally reach maturity between 20 to 24 months. At this stage they are able to hunt well and mate with others.
14-18 maybe sometimes later. To know for yourself if you are maturing emotionaly, you feel different and you feel like you are changing.
For cats, it is until they reach physical maturity. Tigers reach physical maturity at 17-24 months, but I don't know about cheetahs; it's usually about the same time for most cats.
