The follicle cleansers will keep your hair clean once it is clean and you don't do any more drugs. I would advise drinking the other "purified" cleanser so many hours in advance.

about an hour and a half. take about a half hour to drink the cleanser, otherwise you'll puke it up. after that, fill the bottle back up with water. the more water you drink the better, but bare minimum is at least two fills. the piss 2 or 3 times and you'll be good for the next 6 hrs.

YES!!!!!! i smoke ALOT of weed quit for 1 day drank this drink and hardly passed. she said there was slight signs of THC but not enough for a positive. don't worry though, i got the positive because i smoke way too much weed and i quit for only a day, quit like 3 days early and youll be all good.
