the air pressure decreases
The answer is simple when you are climbing and you are having trouble breathing is because you are in a higher elevation.
Because - the further away you are from the Earth's surface - the less oxygen there is in the air.
You run out of breathe easily because the air is more thin
You get out of breath quicker because the air gets a lot thinner the higher you go. The highest point where there is no air at all is space.
there is less air pressure and the air is thinner so you need to breath in more of it then normal
The air is thinner, there is less oxygen molecules per volume of air (the air is less dense) therefore to absorb the same amount of O2 into your blood at 4000ft as at 0ft altitude you have to breath more/ more deeply. Also, you're climbing a mountain (going uphill) which uses more energy than going flat as you have to work against gravity.
the air is depleted up to almost 50 percent! And that's just at abc(at base camp)! You still have 2 more camp sites and then the summit(top of Everest)! I learned that if you were to take a "magical" helicopter to the top of Everest you would only be able to last 2-16 minutes due to altitude sickness. I say "magical" helicopter cause theres no helicopter that can go that high due to lack of oxygen in the air.
earthworms are moist because gases can pass easily them as they breath through the skin
Not all sedimentary rock is good for climbing. Some sedimentary rocks can easily break. Sedimentary rock can be very good for climbing because it often has interesting textures and holds. For example, welded tuft is a kind of sedimentary rock that is very good for climbing due to the large sediments that formed it. It makes for interesting holds and pockets
don't breath fast or you'll get tired easily. never hold your breath for you'll have to catch up on breathing, breath fast in order to do it, then get tired easily. basically, just breath like a normal person. contemporary/lyrical is slow so it wont be hard to breath normal while performing it.
For global Fitness, I strongly recommend walks and runs on the beach, mountain/rock climbing or sailing. There's plenty of greats things you can do abroad to keep down your weight, and they're all great fun.
