Overdose
It is the highest recommended dosage, as far as I know. Side effects may worsen. If your appetite is increased way to much for example, you may reconsider your dosage.
That is an extremely low dosage but you may still experience increased perspiration, lowered libido, and weight gain, as is common with all SNRI's
Increased heart rate, increased anxiety, cardiac dysrhythmias.
It is all connected. As tolerance increases, the dosage must be increased to reduce the pain, which causes further increase in tolerance. Increased tolerance to any drug is usually the first distinct symptom of addiction.
Any Dose

The dosage of a medication is gradually increased to produce the desired physiological effect. This approach, known as titration, helps to minimize side effects and find the optimal therapeutic dose for an individual. Titration is commonly used to manage conditions like hypertension or diabetes.
1st of all... what dosage are you taking and is it instant acting or XR? 2nd, which side effects? usually, (if not too severely "lost") you should ween off slowly altogether or to a lower dosage.
Mild diarrhoea whereby the dosage should be reduced.
The therapeutic dosage is the amount of a therapeutic agent which causes the therapeutic effect. This is prescribed by qualified therapists for varied conditions.
Your doctor has initiated a new medication or believes you would benefit from increased dose. He may gradually increase the dose and monitor your response, observing carefully for any undesirable side effects.
