I think it depends on how much you normally are used to. If you buy .5g normally in a night and stay up all night then 3g might be too much for a day. If you take around 1g in a night then 3g over the course of 24 hours might not be that much different because in a night from around 11pm-4am it is only 5 hours and you do 1g so if you plan on staying up for 24hours and doing 3g it will just be like having an extremely large amount of energy. If you spread out your usage you should be fine, but you just might develop a coke problem because you will feel really bad afterwords.
