vinegar is an antiseptic and if you put it on an open cut it will sting but, it will reduce the swelling of the cut (or cuts) and will cause healing.

You'll probably really hurt yourself..like poison yourself. There's a reason for warning labels on things like bleach. It's NOT for INTERNAL USE or EXTERNAL USE.
