Protein shakes don't necessarily entitle that you need to work out after/before them, they are just healthy dietary supplements. Basically, you'll be fine.

when you stop using protein say after 3-5 months nothing much will happen you will only lose minimal muscle if your still working out just eat more redmeat,chicken,fish when you stop using. but keep working out the same as before otherwise you will lose some muscle if you dont workout

Each day you need fuel to function. Food is our fuel and without breakfast kids at school can not learn in the morning until the have recess, because their brain has no energy. So the brain takes energy from their bones and they get weaker and very tired. You can go into starvation mode and put on lots of weight. This can happen to anyone. Have breakfast, I highly commend you to.
People who oversleep (miss the alarm) often sacrifice their breakfast in the hopes of making up for lost time. and people who obviously aren't hungry and don't have time for breakfast...
The statement is true. Enzymes are proteins, and if the enzyme or protein is not present, the synthesis will not happen. Enzymes are generally what jump start a reaction or process.
