well you can eat a lot of jello and bacon that's what i am doing. also when i don't have to go anywhere i let my hair get all greasy so the hair wont break of that easily. also massage you head for about 5 min. you can do this when you are watching tv or something.P.S i read somewhere that if you eat a lot of yeast it makes you hair grow slower
