One time me and my friend were outside, playing Basketball. I decided to go inside and get something to drink real quick, and I asked my friend (Josten) if he wanted anything. He said he didn't, so I went on inside.

When I came back out, Josten was on the ground. I thought he was just laying down, resting. So I went over there, and his eyes were closed. I tapped him with my foot, and he didn't do anything. When I reached down and pulled his ear, he still didn't do anything.

I ran in to get my mom who is a nurse, and she came out and looked at him. We took him to the ER, and all because of dehydration. Don't dehydrate yourself. Especially if you're playing something outside in 93 degree weather.
When you become dehydrated, what happens is that you can become disorientated and you may experience muscle cramps. If you have symptoms of dehydration you should make sure that you drink plenty of fluids as soon as possible.
When a person becomes dehydrated, the first symptom is dry mouth. If the dehydration continues, they can have a rise in body temperature and can suffer organ damage.
If you are dehydrated you will have a sunken fontanels, sunken eyes that has no tear, dry lips and mouth, poor skin turgor, collapse vein, temperature rise up and heart rate is up.
