Nothing serious, actually quite the opposite. Water is very good for you. It hydrates you, cleanses the body, is good for your hair, nails, and skin, and has many other benefits. You can't drink too much water, really. I guess you would urinate noticeably more, maybe have more frequent bowel movements, your urine, instead of being an unhealthy dark yellow would be a very very light yellow or clear, and maybe other things, but you can't go wrong with water. It has 0 calories, too, so drink up!
