Acidosis: If you have too much acid in your body, it can result in serious injury to the cells of your body. The condition is called acidosis. It occurs when the lungs and kidneys cannot do their work of controlling the pH level of the body fluids.

LSD: Too much LSD, commonly called "acid", is not known to be fatal unless an extremely large dose is taken. It will, however, cause more intense distortions of sensory perception, producing delusions and hallucinations. These can be very frightening and may cause the user to panic.

Stomach acid: Too much acid in the stomach can lead to heartburn, ulcers, acid reflux and damage to the esophagus. The recommended treatment is to eat frequent small meals, include complex carbohydrates such as rice, pasta and bread, and avoid fats and alcohol. Don't lie down for 45 minutes after eating, and raise the head of the bed several inches.

Both good and bad things can happen if a person drinks vinegar. Vinegar is said to help decrease the appetite, lower blood sugars, and help kidney function. Unfortunately, it also eats tooth enamel and causes many digestive problems.

It varies on the acid, but 9 times out of 10, you die.
