When filling out the skills section of an application, list things such as any machines or office equipment you know how to operate. Also list any skills you've previously been trained to do that would be of benefit to the company you're applying to. Under the knowledge section, list any special training you've had or classes you've taken, or knowledge you've gained from past jobs or training. Don't put your formal educational information here, there will be a separate section for that.
