∙ 13y agodark green vegetables. broccoli, spinach, kale, collards, endive, romaine lettuce are all good folic acid sources. also some fish but beware of Mercury. don't avoid fish. just ask the seafood guy at your local market for a list of safe fish. by the way shellfish, if you're not allergic is all safe. if you don't like any of these folic acid supplements are a safe and affordable alternative.

I would ask your doctor or pharmacist this question, but my gut reaction is -- I wouldn't eat foods high in folic acid while on that medication.
