If you don't feel uncomfortable, don't worry about it -- a lot of adults really only need to poop once a day or so. Make sure you're drinking enough water and fruit juice.

If you do feel uncomfortable, try a laxative. Again, don't force it! Let the laxative do its work.

If that doesn't work, consider a warm water enema. (You can get commercial enemas if you need one, but try warm water first!)

Long term: Most first-worlders don't get enough fiber. A diet high in meat can make it difficult to poop, so try adding whole grain breads, etc. to your diet.

If you can't pee, and you drink too much liquid, then see a doctor. Otherwise, you can't pee if you haven't eaten a lot of food
Go to a docter!!!

If you feel you need to pee but you can't, ask your doctor as soon as possible. You may have to see a specialist (called Urologist.)
