If you don't feel uncomfortable, don't worry about it -- a lot of adults really only need to poop once a day or so. Make sure you're drinking enough water and fruit juice.
If you do feel uncomfortable, try a laxative. Again, don't force it! Let the laxative do its work.
If that doesn't work, consider a warm water enema. (You can get commercial enemas if you need one, but try warm water first!)
Long term: Most first-worlders don't get enough fiber. A diet high in meat can make it difficult to poop, so try adding whole grain breads, etc. to your diet.
