I am taking psychology in college, so I can answer this question. Right now you are married. You answered your own question when you typed in "ex-boyfriend." What difference does it make what his last name is. Obviously she has moved on since she married you. And you should move on also. Unless she is seeing someone who you suspect is her old boyfriend and you want proof, then that is a whole other question.

The book doesn't say his last name. But his first name is Phil.
probably not since he is not taking responsibility so why would you even want to use his last name. I think you should use yours then later on if he decides to be man and take on his child then you can change the baby's last name.
Domingo
Duffield
Her boyfriend is called Aaron, i dont know his last name though!
His last name is Harbert. First name is Ted/Teddy/Theadore.
If you are planning on marrying your boyfriend, I would make the baby's last name be his. If you aren't but still planning on raising the baby together, make it hyphenated. And if you plan on ditching the boyfriend all-together, make it yours. I think doing this would save some legal trouble later in life and would make it easier to explain to your child as he or she grows up.
