There are certain groups of foods you should avoid eating on a regular basis.
Avoiding processed white flour products like breads, Pizza, pretzels, cereals, crackers, and bagels is a good place to start.
Avoid all hydrogenated oils.
Avoid foods loaded with white sugar and high fructose corn syrup.
Cut back on animal products that are high in fat and avoid processed meats.
Instead of thinking about what to avoid, think about what to include!
Fresh produce, legumes, seeds and nuts, and fresh fruit and whole grains.
"Healthy" is a subjective term usually associated with maintaining a quality of life that is acceptable to the individual and/or, dieing at an "old age" (also relative).
Assuming that the question means, "how do I live for as long as possible", maintain a physically active lifestyle, avoid a diet high in processed foods (ie, if it comes in a package and has a long list of ingredients you should probably not be eating it), don't smoke, and pursue rewarding social relationships (social isolation is highly associated with higher rates of mortality and morbidity).
Keep a healthy, positive attitude.
