i heard it when my mum started dating her boyfreind you have two choices,
you could just bear it and cover your ears, i know its hard i used to feel angry and upset but its still and option,
or you could comfront them and tell them how you feel ( they are old it is gross)
and tell them you would aprieciate it if they could keep it down and let you sleep and dont forget to tell them that you have not enjoyed not getting enough sleep
