There are many diverse methods in solving cramps. For example, exercising. Also, you could avoid and caffeine or alcohol and rest in a comfortable chair. Do not eat while you have cramps, and take deep breaths. Sometimes I double over and that solves them for me, but hey. Everyone has a different way :)
It depends on which type of cramp you're thinking about...
If it's a menstruation cramp: hot water bottles and fast walking do the trick for me.
If it's a cramp you get from being in a position for too long or turning part of your body the wrong way (i.e., your foot): I would recommend getting up and walking around or stretching the part of your body which has the cramp.
Hope that helps!!
