A: Try calming down before you go to bed. Dont do anything overexciting. Just sit and watch some tv or read a book. Try not to think about whats going on in your life. Find a calm topic to think about. If you still cant get to sleep, see a pharmasist for some medice like calming chews or sleeping pills. Talk to you doctor first before buying any serious medication.
