First see your normal doctor and he/she will give you the name of a specialist if he thinks anything is wrong.
And what do you do if your Primary doesn't make any suggestions?
A urologist
If you are having pain in your testicles, groin, legs and sensitive scrotum then you should probably go see a doctor to be safe, honestly it could be anything and the safest option is to get it checked out.
Having a stomach ache with testicular pain often results from beiong kicked in the groin. If the pain lasts for a long time or worsens, you may need to go see a doctor.
As odd as this may seem, it could actually be from a cut or abrasion below the groin area, such as on the legs. There are glands in the groin area that can be affected by something like that. But you need to see your doctor for an examination, since there are a number of things that could cause this.
You can see an orthopedist or physiatrist for post-injury elbow pain.
To take away pulled groin pain, it is important to give the area a rest, do some stretching, apply ice within 24 hours of the injury, and/or take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication to take away the pain. See a doctor if the pain continues while resting, at night or it prevents you from walking.
Pain and a bulge in the abdomen is a hernia symptoms. There are other symptoms such as pain in the bulging near the groin and sometimes feeling of fullness If experience these symptoms please see the doctor as soon as possible.
Urologist or endocrinologist
Please see a doctor immediately. No part of this act should be painful. It is possible you are just over-sensitive in the groin, but there may be an infection present causing you pain.
For ongoing stomach pain, you should see your regular doctor. They will be able to diagnose what is wrong with you. If it requires further diagnosis, they will recommend you go to an endocrinologist.
I would start with your internist, family practitioner or gynecologist.
