Touch, Observe, Talk, Active, Movement, Passive Movement, Skill Test
"Totaps" refers to a technique used in the context of sports, particularly in basketball, where a player gains possession of the ball by tapping it to themselves or to a teammate. The term may also be used more broadly to describe quick, light touches or taps in various activities. However, it's not a widely recognized term and may have specific meanings in certain contexts or communities.
It's a sports assessment procedure. Talk ---- talk to the athlete i.e ask where it hurts if they can hear you... Observe--- observe the injury to get an idea of the severity Touch----- gently touch the effected area to see if there is any pain or swelling. Active Movement---- allow the athlete to try and move the effected area Passive movement----- Gently move the limb for the athlete performing actions they would need to play. SKills test --- test if they have the required movement to partake in the sport. If the athlete fails one of these steps they should immediately be removed from the field.
