Additionally, there are also babies who live an hour or a few hours in the pediatric ICU & expire, therefore having being born & died on the same day of the SAME YEAR.
I believe the person asking the question was really meaning the term which describes a person who lived a life & died on the same date on which they were born BUT in a different year.
