basically it is a broad spectrum antibiotics.
indicated for :
Treatment of bacterial infections eg, upper respiratory tract infections (including ENT): Tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media; lower respiratory tract infections: Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, lobar and bronchopneumonia; genitourinary tract infections: Cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis; skin and soft tissue infections eg, boils, abscesses, cellulites, wound infections; bone and joint infections eg, osteomyelitis; other infections eg, septic abortion, puerperal sepsis, intra-abdominal sepsis.
